School Finance Input Meeting – Chanute

Chanute Public Schools has been invited by Governor Brownback to provide input into the new School Finance Formula that the legislature will be taking up this next session. USD 413 invites you to attend, if you choose to do so, along with business leaders and the general public.

Monday, November 14th, 6:30 p.m. in the CHS Auditorium.

Mr. Proffitt, Superintendent, will provide a history of school finance, where we currently stand, and lead discussion of what a quality educ…ation should look like for Chanute students in the future, translated into components for a new formula.
