On Saturday November 12th, TLC Garden Center in LaHarpe is donating 20% of all sales to the Allen County Animal Rescue Facility! And on top of that, you’ll receive a 20% discount on all tree, shrub, and perennial sales! From 11-2 ACARF will be here with some cute and fuzzy animals for you to love on, and possibly adopt!
